At the office, no booking
Come to the office during opening hours: we show you the gym, you do a free trial, and if you like it you sign up on the spot. You collect your badge and from then on you come in on your own, from 6 to 23, every day.
Do I need a medical certificate? In Italy, gyms ask for proof that you are fit for non-competitive physical activity. A self-declaration signed at the desk is enough; a medical certificate is also accepted.
